AfghanVibes is operated by iCode IT Sweden AB and is a global ticket marketplace and event discovery platform for the Afghan community worldwide. We sell tickets on behalf of event organizers and also index Afghan-relevant events worldwide so fans never miss anything. By using our website or purchasing tickets through AfghanVibes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

AfghanVibes sells tickets as an agent on behalf of event organizers ("Promoters"). The Promoter is responsible for the event — including its content, cancellation, postponement, and any representations made about it. Each ticket contains a unique QR code. This code can only be scanned once. Do not share your ticket — multiple copies of the same QR code will result in only one valid entry. You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) to gain admission. For age-restricted events, appropriate identification must also be shown.

Ticket prices are set by the Promoter. AfghanVibes charges a platform fee of 5–7% per ticket sold, which is deducted from the Promoter's earnings. This fee covers payment processing, QR code generation, fraud protection, and platform maintenance. Listing an event on AfghanVibes is always free.

Refund eligibility is determined by the Promoter's policy for each event. AfghanVibes will clearly display the refund policy before purchase. If an event is cancelled: The Promoter is responsible for issuing refunds. AfghanVibes will facilitate refunds on the Promoter's behalf. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If an event is postponed: Your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement. AfghanVibes is not liable for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by the Promoter.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. AfghanVibes does not store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize AfghanVibes to charge the amount shown at checkout. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank — this is a decision made by your card issuer, not by AfghanVibes. Organizer payouts are made 5–7 business days after the event date, to protect attendees against cancellations.

Ticket purchases are limited to 20 tickets per transaction to prevent bulk buying. If you need more, please contact us at [email protected].

The Promoter and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject anyone whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or violates venue rules, without a refund. AfghanVibes is not responsible for your conduct at events or the conduct of other attendees.

Some events on AfghanVibes are discovered through our scraper and displayed as facts-only listings (title, date, city, venue, source link). These are not ticketed through AfghanVibes unless the organizer has partnered with us directly. Every discovered listing shows the original source and can be removed by the rights-holder. See our Listing Policy for details.

When you create an account on AfghanVibes, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it up to date. You must not share your account credentials or use another person's account without permission. AfghanVibes is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

By listing an event on AfghanVibes, organizers agree to: • Provide accurate event information • Honor tickets sold through AfghanVibes • Manage their own refund policy • Comply with all applicable laws and venue requirements • Not use AfghanVibes for fraudulent or illegal events AfghanVibes reserves the right to remove any event that violates these terms.

You agree not to: • Use AfghanVibes for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the platform or its systems • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access AfghanVibes without our permission • Resell tickets at a markup or above face value where prohibited by law • Post false, misleading, or harmful content Violation of these rules may result in account suspension and legal action.

All content on AfghanVibes — including the logo, brand, design, and original text — is owned by iCode IT Sweden AB. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission. Event posters and descriptions uploaded by organizers remain the property of the organizer.

AfghanVibes is a marketplace platform. We are not the event organizer and are not liable for: • Event cancellations, changes, or quality • Acts or omissions of Promoters • Loss or damage suffered at events • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.

AfghanVibes is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, government action, pandemics, or widespread infrastructure failures.

AfghanVibes may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of AfghanVibes after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Your use of AfghanVibes is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
