Refund policies are set by the event organizer. Contact the organizer directly for refund requests.
AfghanVibes processes payments on behalf of organizers. Refund eligibility depends on the organizer's policy for each event.
How to request a refund
- 1Log in and go to "My Tickets" → find the order.
- 2Click "Cancel order" if the event allows cancellations.
- 3If cancellation is not available, contact the organizer directly via the event page.
- 4Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
💡 AfghanVibes does not issue refunds for events cancelled by attendees after the organizer's refund window has closed.
